LA School of Gymnastics draws on a distinguished and diverse group of nationally and internationally trained coaches from over 14 countries. All coaches are required to complete the USA Gymnastics (the national governing body of gymnastics in the United States ) and OSHA Infant & CPR certification courses. Ten LASG coaches have a Master?s Degree in Physical Education, Anatomy and Physiology, or are former professional athletes. Together, its 21 coaches have over 120 years of combined coaching experience.

Origin: Ukraine

Internationally acclaimed coach, Yefim has been with LASG since 1998. He is a long time gymnastics veteran and is affectionately referred to as ?The Godfather? by many in the sport. Before LASG, Yefim worked with the UCLA gymnastics department. He is passionate about sharing his experiences and knowledge about gymnastics with his students. Yefim has transformed our competitive cheer teams.
